GCACH Financial Incentives for March 2022
Congratulations to all of the healthcare partners who worked hard to complete their practice transformation milestones and continue this important work. Last month, GCACH paid out $1,618,156 to partnering providers for 2021 Q4 incentives for Cohorts 1, 2, and 3. Each cohort is completing milestones within the Greater Columbia Cares Model (GCCM) toolkit.
Breakdown of Project Incentives earned per Cohort:
- Cohort 1 - $744,714
- Cohort 2 - $296,862
- Cohort 3 - $576,580
Total: $1,618,156
