GCACH wants to congratulate Serenity Point Counseling Services on their recent move to a new facility in Walla Walla, Washington.
Serenity Point is a family owned Behavioral Health Agency that provides Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents. Serenity Point is committed to the health and well-being of the Walla Walla Community. Serenity Point is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Serenity Point’s mission is to provide the highest quality of care to the community, consumers, and their loved ones by being respectful, upholding dignity, showing compassion, and offering genuine care.
The counselors are diversified in therapeutic approaches that are evidence-based and feature Motivational Interviewing, 12 Step Facilitation Therapy, Relapse Prevention Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Many of the staff members are bi-cultural and bi-lingual (Spanish), allowing Serenity Point to meet the needs of the Hispanic community.
Serenity Point had an Open House on July 12 to showcase their new facility on 410 South Wilbur Way in Walla Walla. The Open House consisted of a reception, tours of the facility, and ribbon cutting ceremony. It is a pleasure to work with this group of people as a member of our second cohort partnering with GCACH for Practice Transformation.
Congratulations on your beautiful new facility, Serenity Point Counseling!
