GCACH Releases $230,000 for Contracted Providers to Implement Telehealth

Greater Columbia Accountable Community of Health (GCACH) released $230,000 to 42 of its contracted providers to implement telehealth programs amidst the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. GCACH recognized the importance of telehealth as an effective way to treat clients with minimal risk to providers and as a way to stretch existing provider capacity. 

As identified by our providers, telehealth needs include financial assistance to purchase laptops, webcams, tablets, Internet bandwidth, licensing fees and telehealth software. Providers also described needing technical assistance regarding billing for telehealth services.

  • Franklin: $17,925
  • Garfield: $5,850
  • Kittitas: $6,000
  • Walla Walla: $23,679
