Finance Committee

About the Committee

The GCACH Finance Committee is responsible for:

  • Developing an annual budget and establishing long-term financial goals that will provide for the sustainability of the corporation
  • Establishing financial controls to ensure compliance with Delivery System Reform Incentive Payments (DSRIP) program requirements

The committee meets monthly on the second Thursday of the month. For more information on roles and responsibilities, please refer to the GCACH Finance Committee Charter. Members of the Committee are appointed by the Board of Directors.
